Return Policy

Thank you for your PANDO Home purchase, we hope you will be happy with your item(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund or store credit (minus next day delivery fees if applicable). Please kindly note this is not applicable for services. See below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All return requests must be raised no longer than 14 days after delivery. All returned items must be in new condition with all original tags attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please use our Get in Touch tab or speak to your direct Design contact. We will be able to collect your items and provide further information about your refund or store credit. Collection will take place up to 2 working days after the request is raised, or at a time that is convenient for you. All return costs will be incurred by us, so there’s nothing for you to do but sit back and relax.

Refunds

After collecting your items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to two days for the refund to show on your account, and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you once the refund has been processes.
